Shipping costs must be paid no matter what the destination is. Within Metropolitan France, items will be sent via "Colissimo Suivi" (tracked French mail service). For shipments abroad / overseas, the items will be sent via "Colissimo Suivi International" (French Express Delivery - including tracking). In case of loss, Elvis My Happiness shall not be liable for it and no compensation shall be required. Delivery time for available items: 2 to 15 working days. For materials that Elvis My Happiness must get from other suppliers or that is unavailable: No specific delivery time. For subscriptions: No specific delivery time; shipment will be made as the next issue is released. Working days are understood Monday through Friday.
