Le label Memphis Recording Service, annonce la sortie d’un coffret de sept CD, Elvis Presley – The Showroom Experience 1973, comprenant également un livret. La sortie de cette belle thématique est prévue pour le 26 juin 2026.
Tous ces concerts, enregistrés sur le soundboard, ont déjà, au cours du temps, fait l’objet de multiples éditions sur des labels synonymes de qualité : Madison, Fort Baxter, Gravel Road Music, voire sur Ftd à l’image des 3 février 1973 minuit, en 2008, sur le I’ll Remember You (886974 07112), du 12 mai 1973 minuit sur le From Vegas To Tahoe ( 506020-975170), en 2022, du 13 mai 1973, 3h du matin sur le Taking Tahoe Tonight’ (82876 53367-2), en 2003, et du 3 septembre 1973, sur le Closing Night (82876 63925-2), en 2004.
Le répertoire est très riche et offre, à commencer par les répétitions du 25 janvier 73, au milieu d’interprétations absolument remarquables, quelques raretés comme I’m Leavin’ It All Up To You ou Faded Love. Comme toujours avec MRS, un coffret totalement indispensable pour le moins à ceux qui ne posséderaient déjà ces concerts.
